Dear Sourdough Bread Makers,
We're really grateful to invite you to join us for a beautiful experience in our Sourdough Bread Making Class. This is more than just a class; it's an opportunity to immerse yourself in the art of crafting beautiful, rustic loaves from scratch for you and your loved ones. It's recommended that participants have some bread making experience but this is not a masterclass.
During our time together, you will learn a practical way of maintaining a sourdough starter – the heart and soul of any great sourdough bread. Together we will get our hands in the dough as we journey through every step of the process from dough assembly, to proofing and stretching, to bulk fermenting, and even to baking your own rustic bread loaves from a recipe that has been refined through years of practice and passion.
